Graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Marine and Environmental Biology from St. Andrews University, Louise started work in an advisory capacity within petrochemical quality, health, safety and environment.

Using her skills as a base, Louise founded QHSE Solutions in 2001, and is now a Civil Aviation Authority Approved Instructor for the transport of dangerous goods by air, a Department of Transport approved ADR instructor, and a qualified DGSA.

In addition, Louise specializes in the production of msds (material safety datasheets), and has taught msds producing staff within all of the major international oil and gas production chemical companies, international producers of domestic chemical products, and universities. Louise is a member of, and lecturer for, the Chemicals Hazards Communication Society (CHCS).
