Who requires training or assistance?

 Personnel responsible for the authoring and administration of (material) safety data sheets (msds or sds). Personnel who need a greater understanding of the meaning of sds for their work e.g., those responsible for conduct of COSHH assessments or technical liaison with customers.
Why is training or assisance required?
Because under the Chemicals (Hazard Information and Packaging for Supply) Regulations 2002 - commonly known as CHIP 3 - personnel responsble for the creation of sds must be competent for the task. The rules surrounding sds creation and administration are widely misunderstood leading to non-compliance. Not only is this a legal issue for an organization but this can cause problems with and for clients and can lead to great stress for staff working in this area.
What can we provide?
We can provide standard training which takes 2 days at a cost of £440 plus VAT per delegate. Private courses can be provided for organizations who prefer to discuss specific formulations during the course.
